Start by completing our appointment request form. This helps us gather important details about your group size, location, and preferred date so we can properly coordinate with our medical team.

After your inquiry is submitted, one of our team members will personally reach out to confirm availability, answer any questions, and walk you through next steps.

Once your date is confirmed, your group coordinator will receive an invoice. After your deposit is processed, each participant will receive a secure link to complete their personal health history and consent form. These must be completed prior to treatment.

24–36 hours before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive a final confirmation introducing your nurse practitioners, along with all final logistics.

On appointment day, your nurse team will arrive with all medical supplies, equipment, and medications. Please have a small space ready for setup and ensure each guest has a comfortable place to sit and relax during their IV infusion (approximately 30–45 minutes). Our team will handle all cleanup afterward, leaving your space exactly as we found it.

Following your appointment, you’ll receive an aftercare email with instructions, tips, and direct contact information should you have any follow-up questions.
